Trinity hosts visit from Polish Community Workers
01 December 2010
Trinity recently hosted a visit from 12 Polish community workers researching community development in London. The visitors were given a tour of Trinity’s building and were able to see some activities in progress. They were keen to know about Trinity’s projects, how these were set up, where funding comes from and the mix of groups accessing our facilities.
The development of community centres is very much in its early stages in Poland. The group were keen to discuss the range of funding streams available and, more particularly, ideas that would generate income. In response to their request we were able to forward templates of various forms that we hope will help them in their work and were very touched by the very generous gifts they left behind. We wish them all the very best.
